By accessing this website, scheduling a session, or retaining our photography services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from booking services or using this website.
We offer seasonal mini sessions, signature photo sessions, and custom headshots or sports-team services as described on this website or in a written quote. Availability, seasonal theme, meeting location, and other session details may vary by city and date. Your booking confirmation or written quote controls if it differs from general website copy.
A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit is paid and confirmation is issued. The deposit is applied to the session total. The remaining balance is due as stated during booking or at the session. Prices, inclusions, and payment options are those shown during booking or in a written quote. Nothing in these Terms creates an additional non-refundable policy unless that policy is separately presented and accepted during booking.
Seasonal Themed Mini Session: $99 total; 10-minute photography session reserved in a 15-minute appointment block; 10 professionally edited digital photos; $25 booking deposit applied to the total; remaining balance due at the session. Signature Photo Session: $299 total; 45 minutes; 30 professionally edited digital photos; $50 booking deposit applied to the total; remaining balance due at the session. Headshots and sports-team services are provided by custom quote.
Eligible clients may each receive the $89 seasonal-mini rate when each person books a separate normal 15-minute slot for the same day, checks the same-day referral box, and provides the other client’s name. Eligibility is verified and any price adjustment is applied at check-in. A referral entry does not guarantee the discount if the stated conditions are not met.
Rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show terms are governed by the terms presented during booking or separately agreed in writing. A late arrival may shorten the available photography time, and an extension or alternate appointment is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change.
Clients are responsible for their own punctuality, wardrobe readiness, and the supervision and conduct of all participants, children, and pets during the photography session. The client must obtain any necessary property access permissions or location permits if requesting a private or restricted shoot location.
Photography is a creative service. By booking, you acknowledge the style shown in our portfolio and the photographer’s discretion over posing, lighting, composition, image selection, and editing. Only the stated number of professionally edited digital photos is included. Delivered images are provided through a private gallery when ready. No delivery deadline is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
Traveling Memories retains copyright in the photographs. After full payment, the client receives a personal, noncommercial license to download, display, share, and print the delivered images for personal use. Resale, licensing to others, commercial use, material alteration, or removal of credits or metadata requires prior written permission.
We will use identifiable client images in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competitions, or other promotional materials only with the client’s consent or as separately agreed in writing. Booking a session alone does not grant an automatic model release.
You agree not to use our website or online client galleries for any unlawful purpose, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, transmitting malicious code, or interfering with standard server operations and security protocols.
Our site and delivery workflows may link to or integrate third-party platforms (such as client proofing galleries, payment processors, or professional print labs). We are not responsible for the independent terms, operations, or privacy practices of these external services.
Our website and all associated services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a specific commercial purpose or uninterrupted digital gallery uptime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Traveling Memories is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to a particular session will not exceed the amount paid for that session. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, utility or platform outages, illness, equipment failure, or travel disruption. If such an event affects a session, the parties will communicate in good faith about available next steps, subject to safety and availability.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Any modifications become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated 'Effective date.' Continued interaction with our services signifies acceptance of the amended terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Skycrest Media LLC operating as Traveling Memories offers an optional SMS program for inquiry responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and photo-delivery updates. Messages are sent only to customers who explicitly opt in through an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, or booking a session does not by itself constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or form submission.
Message frequency varies with your inquiries, appointments, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the sending number. We will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe request, after which no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the same opt-in process and explicitly select the SMS consent checkbox.
